Member Rules and Policies

1. All members operating a motorcycle during a club sponsored event shall at all times be in possession of a valid motorcycle driver's license, current registration, and proof of current insurance.

2. Any member who is recklessly under the influence of alcohol or drugs while participating in any club ride or event shall be asked to immediately surrender their club colors.

3. At no time shall any member demonstrate dangerous or willful negligence of motorcycle operation that will or might present a danger to others.

4. Colors shall be worn to all club sponsored rides and events.

5. All members shall be at least 21 years of age or older.

6. All members shall abide to the traffic and road regulations by the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

7. The National President or Director shall cancel or suspend any membership due to disrespect or alteration to the club colors.

8. It is at the discretion of ECBC/MC to cancel, postpone, or delay any ride or event due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen reason. Please keep in mind there are safety issues regarding bad weather that play a key factor into canceling, postponing, or rescheduling a ride or event as well.

9. All members shall not be disrespectful to any members, officers or supporters while wearing of the club colors or while addressing any club business. Any club issues shall be addressed to your Director or Assistant Director, if no resolution you may contact the National President.

10. I agree to abide and uphold the policies and rules described in this article as part of my signature on the current membership application.
